• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

1. If no-show, then the full amount will be charged.
2. If guests cancel their booking 10 days prior to the check-in date (12 noon ) 10 per cent of the booking amount will be deducted for the cancellation charges, and the balance will be refunded. If guests cancel within 10 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable. If your reservation is eligible for a refund, it will take a maximum of 10 working days to refund the amount.
